How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Taskstour Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Taskstour Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Taskstour Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@taskstour.living and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

You should get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
